All door-to-door shipping charges will be covered directly by Airzonex Inc. However, any customs duties or VAT (if applicable) must be borne by the consignee.
Since your shipment consists of personal effects, in most cases there will be no duty or VAT. That said, this depends on several factors, including the destination country’s import regulations, the declared value of the goods, the duration of your stay abroad, and your residency status.
A FedEx account is required so that FedEx has a valid billing reference to process any duties or taxes, if they arise, ensuring smooth customs clearance without delays.
